Most importantly we were given the wrong pickup location by the Viator Representative when we called the night before to verify which caused a lot of confusion & tardiness on our part, with several cell phone calls trying to find the location on a phone with no wi fi connection on a low battery in a foreign city & my handicapped husband. This was an extremely expensive trip & getting to where we needed…”
